Trainual is a strong tool, and the problem is almost always the setup. Content goes in before anyone plans it, it gets organized by department instead of by role, and nobody owns keeping it current. We set it up the other way round.

- Build from recorded work. Your people record the work as they do it. We turn those recordings into step-by-step procedures and ask the questions that close the gaps.
- Structure it by role. Each person sees the training their job needs, in the order they need it.
- Test and launch. We add tests that check understanding and roll it out so the team is accountable for finishing.
- Keep it current. We set a review rhythm so procedures get updated when the work changes.

Do you only work with Trainual?
No. We also implement PlaybookBuilder and build and migrate SOPs into platforms like Process Street. The method is the same: the knowledge comes from your people, and we do the building.
