What does The Systems Effect charge?
One hyper-focused role is $3,500. A monthly partnership is $4,500 a month, month to month, and covers the roles around the first one too. The discovery call is free, and software is billed by the vendor.
Which service do I need?
It depends on where the knowledge lives. If your steps are already written down and mostly right, a writer can clean them up. If one person holds the knowledge, start with one role. If the process breaks between roles, a monthly partnership lets us meet everyone involved.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The monthly partnership runs month to month. We plan in three-month blocks so everyone knows what is coming, and you can stop after any month.
What do you deliver?
SOPs, video training, process maps and playbooks built from the people who do the work, organized by role and set up in your platform, such as Trainual or PlaybookBuilder.
Do you work outside Indiana?
Yes. We are local to Lake County, Indiana and the Chicago area, and we work with businesses nationwide, virtually.
